Middle Market Co-Investments
Grandview Partners makes equity co-investments of $1 million to $3 million alongside leading private equity firms in middle market businesses across a range of industries. Grandview was formed in 2022 in partnership with Copper Run, a middle market investment bank providing buy-side and sell-side M&A advisory on deals between $10 million and $250 million.
Investment Strategy
Grandview leverages Copper Run’s longstanding client relationships and our own broad network of experienced private equity firms to invest directly in middle market businesses. We invest in high-quality businesses led by experienced management teams and with demonstrated earnings growth. We place a high value on the alignment of the experience and skills of the private equity sponsor to the opportunities and needs of the business. The sophisticated private equity firms with whom we partner are uniquely suited to be the controlling or lead investor in the businesses in which we invest.

Grandview’s investment committee has significant direct investing experience in middle market private equity.
